Ideal for a quirky couple trying to unwind
The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had a shower issue. They went out of their way to fix it, which made us feel taken care of. The location was spot on for exploring, really easy access to everything.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

the bed was huge and super comfy with nice linens. really cute quirky room that was perfect for a night. the food was amazin both at lunch and breakfast, seriously one of the best burgers ever! staff were really friendly and helpful, which was a bonus. great lil place to stay at.
the shower had a wobbly shampoo shelf which was annoying. could've used better towels and some things were a bit neglected like the lights not workin right.

During my solo business trip, I stayed for one night and found the location to be fantastic, close to several attractions like Hyde Park and the British Museum. Although the building had its charm, the room experience could have been better. the bed had some worn slats, which became an issue. On the plus side, the staff were generally friendly, and the room offered nice toiletries that added a touch of comfort.
